Owner and Head Coach

Sarah has been coaching for over 15 years. Sarah started coaching at 14 and became a USA Gymnastics Professional judge at 16. Sarah has worked clinics at several gyms along the east coast and really honed in her coaching skills while working as a Team Coach at Capital Gymnastics National Training Center in Northern VA, assisting in sending many athletes to State, Regional, and National Championships. Sarah has coached all levels from Pre-team through Level 10 and currently coaches our Homeschool Teams and Xcel Silver-Level 9

Team Coordinator and Optionals Coach

Sam is a former level 10 gymnast and collegiate athlete. She joined our Coaching staff recently and has brought many smiles to our students in a short amount of time.
